"My project, 'Hands-On Discovery: A Sensory Exploration Station for Kindergarten,' will create an innovative space where students learn through active, sensory-rich exploration. Instead of only hearing about scientific and mathematical ideas, students will experience them directly—testing, observing, comparing, and discussing what they discover. The station will feature a large, multi-student sensory table with materials such as sand, water, rice, kinetic sand, and seasonal items that connect to our classroom themes."

Andrea Boles
"The 'Wellness Wednesday' initiative is here to support our 8th grade students’ emotional well-being by addressing stress and anxiety. With a $500 grant, we’ll host weekly lessons that blend mindfulness, self-reflection, and social-emotional learning (SEL). Activities like guided breathing, gratitude journaling, and creative expression will help students build empathy and develop healthy coping skills in a supportive environment. Let’s create a happier, healthier school together!"

Malorie Estes
"The purpose of this grant is to purchase essential new and updated equipment for our Special Olympics athletes and Unified partners. This investment will directly impact the health, confidence, and performance of our athletes and Unified partners in our program at Madill Elementary, Middle, and High School. With updated and inclusive equipment, we aim to expand participation, improve training quality, and enhance competition experiences."
